Trust your inspirations
Learning to trust yourself and interpret the signs you receive can sometimes be a challenge. We know that you are up to the task or you would not be here right now, doing what you are doing. Quite the chatter in your mind and connect with your heart-light and then with your higher self and then ask the questions you would like to ask. Your heart knows, it is just that sometimes you want it to be different that it is and that is okay, but it will not take you where you want to go.
Let go of preconceived ideas of what things should be and hold the focus of the feelings you want create. While you need to mental energy to help you manifest into the physical, it sometimes gets muddied up with too much energy and then you do not see the kinds of results you desire and know are possible. Release those thoughts of doubt and trust in the infinite power of the Universe to assist you in your creations.
The mantra for today is: "I trust the thoughts and ideas that come to me when I quiet my mind and connect to my heart centre."
And so it is
